Mid-Century Stools attributed to Paolo Buffa, Italy, 1950s, Set of 2
Pair of important Mid Century stools in solid wood and bouclé fabric, attributable by style to the famous Italian architect and designer Paolo Buffa. The stools have elegant and original lines, reporting on the side the wave motif typical of Buffa's language. They have recently been reupholstered and the wood re-polished and are ready to be used. Although they come from the same house, an important Italian villa near Trieste, one of the two has a darker structure than the other, there are small signs of aging but the general conditions are excellent.
